peaceful lazy summer days
are the best! The kids and I spent the entire day at the beach yesterday. I love staying till everyone starts going home and it quiets down and the sun starts to sink. I should of waited to take shots till the sun was less contrasty but by that time I was feeling so peaceful and lazy I had no interest. These are at a pond not beach :( My oldest two love the rope swing at this pond so sometimes I take them to the pond. I much prefer the beach.)
click to view it slightly larger. I did a cross proccessing on these which is why the color is a bit different.
and this totally cracked me up! I was trying to get a capture of her little ruffle butt when she did this! Ok I have a sick sense of humor maybe it's all the summer's I've spent day after day(I worked as a nanny when I was young) on the beach, fried my brain.
and a few from Monday. I loved shooting this family we've known them oh gosh must be about 21ish years ,from way before they were a family. LOL! Dear people...
I have a ton more I loved but must complete sessions in order ugh!! So here are just a few that I gave them as a sneak peek.

That bikini shot...with the sand...the ant crawling...everything about it! I LOVE IT!!

the ruffle butt...so sweet. Love the roll of skin on the side. (wish I thought MY roll of skin was that sweet! ha!) Say hi to the beach for me...I'm so completely land-locked.
